I offer a short read e-booklet that provides non-clinical insights from a 'Non-clinical' & 'Non-Political' perspective to foster Individual, Family & Societal Improvement. The materials reflect my personal opinions and experiences, aimed at provoking positive thought. Creating this e-booklet was a hobby, and if it helps even two people enhance their life outlook, then it was worth the effort. If I manage to earn a few dollars from it, that's just a bonus.

Additionally, there's a spiritual inspiration section featuring bible verses, another with dad jokes and riddles, and a 'ZEN' page filled with videos and pictures of nature for your tranquil 'ZEN' moments.
My experiences are drawn from personal life events, 21 years of military service, and a desire to help others and serve this wonderful country through my e-booklet, which offers non-clinical insights into societal improvement.
